![]() So this means for 6 days my blinds were open to the public. I explained to the office that the leak is internal and to stop painting over it as well as to not leave my blinds open for privacy reasons. My window sill is still leaking and they painted over it. I sent another email again and the office said that the maintenance supervisor will be coming out 8/25 to repair the window sill.I come home tonight 8/30 from vacation and they did the same thing. Also, they did the same thing - paint the top of the window sill and not address the bottom leak and mildew. I come home same day and my apartment smells like paint-and my blinds are open completely again. Also all they did was paint over the top of the window sill and left the bottom still leaking with the mildew that I clearly showed the maintenance tech.I sent an email out the same day and the office stated that someone will come out 8/20 to look at it and see what they can do. I come back home and my window blinds are completely open which is a privacy issue due to me being on the first floor and my bedroom faces the courtyard. I put a maintenance ticket in 8/15 and the maintenance tech came 8/18. I have been patient with a leak that keeps reoccurring on my bedroom window sill. ![]() I love living here, but I might have thought twice about selecting this community if I knew I was probably going to have to move again so soon. I dont feel like I have any security as far as being able to afford the second lease. ![]() So far, rent has increased on units similar to mine by about $400/per month. I understand that rent increases are normal, but I had anticipated some protection from a 25+% increase. I moved to the area for a job that will last 26 months, and was hoping to sign a 15 month and subsequent 12 month lease for the same unit. The only reason I cannot give five stars is the rent fluctuation. I do feel very safe both in the garage and in my apartment. Parking is $70/m for the first car and the garage is open to guest parking and is never fully packed. I have not personally experienced any noise issues. I have yet to deal with any maintenance issues, but the maintenance team is routinely in the building and they keep everything in really good shape. I really love it- everything has been easy to set up and communication has been really great despite there being no leasing office in the building. When was this listing last updated?
